After a busy month in March, Skylanders news is quieting down again.
Oftentimes if you have a question about something, you're probably not the only one.
Here at SCL I get dozens of emails each week with questions from readers like you. Even though only a few dozen take the time to write in, I am guessing that many more of you have the same questions.
So here in the SCL Q&A I hope to answer some of these questions in a more public forum so that all of you may benefit. I hope to make this a weekly post, but that all depends on you. Please keep sending me any Skylanders questions you may have. I will still reply to all of your emails, but I will also post some of the answers here.
When will Doom Stone be released?
Yes, Doom Stone is the final Swapper that we all need to complete our collection.
Is the Single Pack of Nitro Magna Charge still coming?
Yes. In fact, it's here. It's just a bit rare right now.
While it didn't appear right away on March 23rd, alongside Nitro Freeze Blade, like the Target website stated, it has been seen since.
Nitro Magna Charge has been found in a Single Pack in a few Target stores across the US and is also being sold by a few third parties on eBay. I'm not expecting to see too many Single Packs overall because this is technically the second release of this figure.
Are the new Stink Bomb and Trap Shadow variants available in the US?
While I do not believe this is an exclusive, I know many have been found at Toys R Us. This is probably just due to the volume of figures they receive.
Are the Skylanders Happy Meal toys still available?
Yes. Technically (as with all Happy Meal toys) these are available while supplies last, but the Skylanders toys are still on McDonald's schedule for a few more weeks.
You will have to check with your local McDonald's for more precise information.
