O Canada…It’s Time To Order Some Skylanders!

You've heard me talk about it for a long time.

I repeatedly said that it probably wouldn't happen.

BUT

After getting requests nearly every week, I decided to look into it some more.

Now I'm happy to announce that I found a way that makes sense for both of us!

CANADIANS CAN NOW ORDER DIRECTLY FROM SCL!!!

As expected, it did take a lot of extra prep work to make this happen.

I had to figure out how much each figure weighs.

I had to buy new software to calculate the appropriate shipping costs.

I had to figure out what the new shipping costs were.

But I'm hoping that in the long run all the hard work will pay off and now we can help more folks complete their collections!

Here are the basics:

COST

Canadian shipments will begin at $9.99

Total shipping cost depends on the weight of your order. Your total will be displayed during checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

Canadian shipments can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive.

In our test shipments most orders arrived in 7-10 days. But as we move into winter weather and the holiday season, I imagine those times may be extended.

CUSTOMS TAXES AND FEES

The customer will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees applied to your package.

In our test shipments I have not gotten any reports of additional fees, but I am not an expert in this area. I know this is common in many countries especially for larger shipments. So I want you to be aware that it's always a possibility.

All Canadians are now able to place orders directly through the SCL website.

There is no longer a need for you to use a third-party service.

You can order anything listed in the shop as well as auction items!

With this successful test, I plan to continue expanding to other countries.

Next up will be the United Kingdom (UK).

I still have some prep work to do, but tests should begin relatively soon.
