All figures are tested in game and checked multiple times for physical damage before being listed in the shop. Then they are expertly packed with care as our goal is to get your Skylanders to you in the same condition they left our facility.
However, sometimes a Skylander's journey to reach their new home can be rough and unpredictable.
If you do happen to receive a damaged figure (that was not purchased as a damaged figure), please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to make it up to you.
Please be sure to include pictures of the damage and your order number in the email.
